Summary

This study tests an 8-module online program based on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) for adults with misophonia, a condition where certain sounds trigger strong negative reactions. About 100 participants will be randomly assigned to either the program or a waitlist. The goal is to see if the program reduces sound sensitivity and is easy to use.
