Summary
This early-stage study tests a virus (JNJ-87704916) that is injected directly into tumors to kill cancer cells. It is being tested alone and with another drug (cetrelimab) in people with advanced solid tumors who have run out of standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose. About 126 people will take part.
