Can quick therapy sessions help cancer doctors cope?
NCT ID NCT07268378
Summary
This study is testing whether four short counseling sessions help doctors and nurses who treat cancer patients. The sessions aim to help clinicians reflect on difficult patient interactions and manage their own stress. Researchers will measure changes in how clinicians think about their work and their feelings of burnout. The goal is to see if this brief support method could be widely used in cancer care settings.
