Summary
This study tested a new once-nightly medication called FT218 for people with narcolepsy who experience excessive daytime sleepiness and sudden muscle weakness (cataplexy). It included 184 participants, some already on a twice-nightly medication and some new to treatment. The goal was to see if FT218 is safe and tolerable over the long term.
