Summary

This study tests an investigational supplement called Omega-DEK plus L-carnitine in 34 children aged 3 to 6 with childhood apraxia of speech (a speech disorder). The study lasts 20 weeks and first gives everyone the supplement, then randomly stops it in some children to see if speech changes. The main goal is to see if the study is feasible and if the supplement helps ease speech symptoms.
