Can fish oil ease Kids' migraine pain?

NCT ID NCT06899074

Summary

This study is testing whether taking omega-3 fish oil supplements for 12 weeks can help reduce migraine pain and improve quality of life for children and teenagers aged 10-17. Researchers are comparing the supplement to a placebo (a dummy pill) in 58 participants to see if it lowers pain levels and how much migraines interfere with daily life. The main goal is to see if the supplement raises omega-3 levels in the blood and if that change is linked to better migraine control.
