Summary
This study looked at whether taking omega-3 supplements for 6 months can improve blood flow in the retina of people with mild to moderate diabetic retinopathy, an eye complication of diabetes. 60 adults participated. The main goal was to measure changes in tiny blood vessels at the back of the eye using a special camera.
