Summary
This study looks at how well the body absorbs omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) from two different algae sources compared to a fish oil source and a placebo. Healthy adults aged 18-64 will take one of the supplements daily for 6 weeks. The goal is to see which source provides the highest levels of omega-3 in the blood.
