Summary

This study looks at how well the body absorbs omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) from two different algae sources compared to fish oil and a placebo. Healthy adults aged 18-64 take 600 mg of omega-3 daily for 6 weeks. The goal is to see if algae-based omega-3 is as good as fish oil.
