Summary

This study tests a drug called olutasidenib in 15 people with specific blood conditions (CCUS, lower-risk MDS, or CMML) that have an IDH1 mutation. The goal is to see if the drug can help control the disease and to check for side effects. Participants must have a confirmed diagnosis and meet other health criteria.
