Summary
This study tests a drug called olutasidenib in people with certain early blood conditions (CCUS, lower-risk MDS, or CMML) that have a specific IDH1 gene change. The goal is to see if the drug can control the disease and is safe. About 15 participants will take the drug and be monitored for side effects and response.
