First look at how kidneys process experimental heart drug

NCT ID NCT05489614

Summary

This early study tested how a single dose of an experimental drug called olpasiran behaves in people with different levels of kidney function. It involved 33 adults, some with healthy kidneys and others with mild to severe kidney problems, including some on dialysis. The main goal was to understand how the drug's levels in the body change based on kidney health and to check for safety.
