Summary
This study looked at how the drug olpasiran is processed in people with different levels of liver impairment (mild, moderate, or severe) compared to people with healthy livers. A total of 25 adults took a single dose of the drug. The goal was to understand how liver function affects drug levels and safety, not to treat a disease.
