Summary
This study tests whether adding extra virgin olive oil to the diet can reduce liver fat and improve blood sugar and cholesterol in people with a common fatty liver condition called MASLD. Researchers will enroll 60 overweight adults and measure changes in liver health, inflammation, and gut bacteria. The goal is to find out if a simple dietary change can help manage this disease.
