Summary
This study is testing whether adding extra virgin olive oil to the diet can improve liver fat, inflammation, and blood sugar in people with MASLD (fatty liver disease) who are overweight. Researchers will give 60 participants either 3 or 9 tablespoons of olive oil daily for a period, then measure changes in liver fat using a special ultrasound-like scan and blood tests. The goal is to find the best amount of olive oil to help manage this common liver condition.
