First seen Mar 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study compares two pain medicines, oliceridine and sufentanil, given through a patient-controlled pump after brain surgery. The goal is to see if oliceridine causes less nausea, a common side effect of painkillers. About 174 adults having surgery in the back of the skull will take part. The main focus is on nausea in the first two days after surgery.
