Summary

This study follows 300 men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer who are taking olaparib as part of their normal treatment. Researchers will track how long patients stay on the drug, how well it controls the cancer, and any side effects. The goal is to see how olaparib performs outside of clinical trials to guide future care.
