Summary

This study follows 300 men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer who are taking olaparib in everyday medical practice. Researchers will track how long patients stay on the drug, how well it controls the cancer, and any side effects. The goal is to learn how olaparib is used in the real world to improve future treatment decisions.
