New hope to stop Kids' chemo sickness

Summary
This study is testing if adding a drug called olanzapine to standard anti-nausea medicines can better control vomiting in children receiving very strong chemotherapy for cancer or before a stem cell transplant. It will involve about 200 children and teenagers. The main goal is to see if the combination helps more children avoid vomiting completely or have far fewer episodes.
