Could a common drug fight Cancer-Related appetite loss?

Summary

This study looks at whether adding olanzapine to usual care can help prevent severe appetite loss and weight loss in people with head and neck cancer who are getting chemoradiation. About 66 adults will take part. The goal is to see if this approach helps patients maintain their weight and feel better during treatment.
