Summary

This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and find the right dose of a new oral drug, OKN4395, for people with advanced solid tumors. The trial will give the drug alone and combined with an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) to about 166 participants with cancers like sarcoma, lung, pancreatic, colorectal, and head & neck cancer. The main goals are to see how safe the drug is and if it shows any early signs of helping to control the cancer.
