New kidney drug OJR520 enters first human safety trial

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called OJR520 in healthy people and those with chronic kidney disease. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and how the body processes it. About 112 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. This research is the first step in seeing if OJR520 could help control kidney disease.
