Can better training keep vital workers from quitting?

NCT ID NCT07439783

Summary

This study aims to see if a special training and coaching program for supervisors helps keep staff in their jobs and improves services for families. It will involve 200 supervisors from Ohio's child welfare agencies who work with families affected by substance use. Researchers will compare agencies using the new training program to those using their usual methods to see if it makes a difference in staff retention and family outcomes.
