Can a quick workplace Tune-Up fix your desk pain?

NCT ID NCT07251959

Summary

This study is testing whether adding hands-on manual therapy to short exercise sessions at work helps office workers with long-term back and neck pain. Sixty office workers will do two 15-minute exercise sessions per week for 8 weeks. One group will also get real manual therapy, while the other gets a fake version, to see which combination better improves pain, work productivity, and daily function.
