Summary
This study is testing whether a medication normally used for other conditions can help people with HIV reduce their alcohol use. Researchers will enroll 30 adults with HIV and alcohol use disorder to see if the treatment is practical, safe, and effective. The goal is to improve health outcomes by combining medication with behavioral support.
