Summary

This early-phase trial tests a personalized vaccine (ODI-2001) for people with advanced colon or pancreatic cancer that has spread or cannot be removed. The vaccine is custom-made to target each patient's unique tumor mutations. The study first checks safety and the right dose, then looks at how well it controls cancer growth. About 77 adults will take part.
