Summary
This study looks at whether switching from daily glaucoma eye drops to a long-lasting injectable implant (Durysta) can reduce inflammation on the eye's surface. Researchers will measure a marker of inflammation called caspase-1 in 20 adults with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. The goal is to see if reducing the number of topical medications leads to a healthier, less irritated eye surface.
