First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tested a new, noninvasive eye scan called OCT angiography to see how blood vessels change in people with wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD) during treatment. Researchers looked at 49 patients to find early signs of the disease coming back. The goal was to learn if this scan can help doctors monitor the condition better than standard methods.
