Could MS patients switch to annual infusions without losing protection?

Summary
This study looks at whether people with active multiple sclerosis (MS) who have been on ocrelizumab for at least 2 years can safely switch to getting infusions once a year instead of every 6 months. The goal is to see if the longer gap still prevents new brain lesions while lowering the risk of infections. About 244 adults will be randomly assigned to annual or standard biannual dosing and followed for 2 years.
