Summary

This study looked at whether playing an immersive computer game that mixes physical movement with mental challenges can improve thinking, memory, and brain structure in adults aged 40 and older who had a traumatic brain injury (TBI) years ago. 23 participants completed the 12-week program. Researchers measured changes in executive function, memory, physical mobility, and brain volume using MRI scans and Apple Watch GPS data.
