Summary
This study is testing whether a specific type of talk therapy, called Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), can help veterans with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). It will compare ERP to a general stress management course to see which one better improves daily functioning, quality of life, and OCD symptoms. The study is also looking at how well this therapy might work for veterans who have both OCD and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
