Summary
This study aims to understand exactly how exposure therapy helps people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Researchers will monitor 400 adults receiving this therapy, tracking their symptoms, body responses, and session details. By using machine learning, they hope to identify what makes therapy sessions most effective for different people, which could lead to more personalized and successful treatment.
