Summary
This study aims to identify brain-based subtypes of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and see how they respond to two different targets of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS). Researchers will use brain scans to measure connectivity in specific networks before and after treatment. The goal is to better understand which patients might benefit most from which rTMS target, not to provide a direct treatment benefit.
