Summary
This pilot study tested a program called ActiveHeal EST (Engage-Sustain-Triumph) to see if it helps breast and prostate cancer survivors keep doing daily activities despite challenges. Thirty adults diagnosed within the last year took part. The study measured resilience, quality of life, and well-being to see if the program is helpful and practical.
