Summary

This study tests whether adding occupation-based bilateral arm training (OBBT) to standard therapy helps stroke survivors improve arm movement and daily activities. 150 participants in inpatient rehab will either get OBBT plus standard care or standard care alone for 6 weeks. The goal is to see if practicing real-life tasks with both arms boosts recovery more than usual therapy.
