New 'Living Drug' trial aims to fight advanced cancers that resist other treatments
NCT ID NCT06060613
Summary
This study is testing a new type of personalized cell therapy called OBX-115 in adults with advanced melanoma or non-small cell lung cancer that has progressed after standard treatments. Doctors take a patient's own immune cells from a tumor, genetically engineer them to be more powerful, and infuse them back to fight the cancer. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and if it can shrink tumors.
