Summary
This study tests an experimental daily pill called KAI-7535 to see if it helps people with obesity or overweight lose more weight than a placebo. The trial includes 320 adults who also have at least one weight-related health problem like high blood pressure or sleep apnea. Participants will take the pill or a placebo for 44 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in body weight and safety.
