Summary

This study tests an experimental daily pill, KAI-7535, to see if it helps people with obesity or overweight lose more weight than a placebo. About 320 adults with at least one weight-related health problem (like high blood pressure or sleep apnea) will take the pill or a dummy pill for 44 weeks. The main goal is to measure the percentage of weight lost from the start of the study.
