Summary
This study looked at how being treated unfairly because of weight affects health habits. 330 adults with a BMI of 28 or higher were randomly assigned to experience weight stigma or not. Researchers then measured their eating, physical activity, and sleep over several days to see if stigma led to worse health behaviors.
