Summary
This study aims to find the best way to help people maintain weight loss over the long term. It tests if switching from an initial, effective injectable medication to a cheaper oral medication works better than switching to another standard pill. The trial also focuses on a comprehensive lifestyle program designed to help participants keep the weight off while preserving muscle mass and strength.
