First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests whether a virtual weight management program, including a weight-loss drug, can help people with obesity and advanced kidney disease lose enough weight to become eligible for a kidney transplant. About 60 adults will either join the program or continue their usual care. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and can be done in a larger study.
