First seen Apr 15, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests whether a once-weekly injection called NNC0487-0111 can lower how much people with obesity eat and how hungry they feel. About 120 adults aged 18-64 will receive either the drug or a placebo for up to 34 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in total energy intake from meals and snacks to see if the treatment helps control appetite.
