Summary

This study compares two weight-loss medications, tirzepatide and liraglutide, in 72 adults with severe obesity (BMI 40 or higher). Researchers will measure changes in bone health and body composition over 6 months. The goal is to understand if these drugs affect bone differently while helping people lose weight.
