Summary
This study looks at how obesity affects breathing and inflammation, and whether special breathing exercises (inspiratory muscle training) can help. Researchers will measure lung function, inflammation markers, and body composition in 40 adults with obesity. The goal is to see if these exercises can reduce breathing problems and inflammation linked to obesity.
