Summary
This study looks at how the brain and body react to different nutrients (sugar, fat, protein) in people with obesity compared to healthy-weight individuals. Sixty participants will drink a liquid meal and have brain scans and blood tests to measure changes. The goal is to understand why some people may have an imbalanced brain response to food, which could lead to better treatments for obesity.
