Experimental cell therapy takes on Tough-to-Treat MS

Summary
This early-stage study tests whether a new cell therapy called obe-cel is safe for people with progressive multiple sclerosis (MS) that hasn't responded to other treatments. About 18 adults will receive chemotherapy followed by a single infusion of obe-cel, then be closely monitored for side effects and any signs of improvement over two years. The goal is to see if this approach can control the disease, not cure it.
