NCT ID NCT07371598

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether muffins made from a special type of oat (Royal Ancient Oats™) can help control blood sugar and digestion better than regular oat muffins. About 38 healthy adults aged 35-65 with slightly high body weight will eat different muffins and have their blood sugar monitored for 24 hours. The goal is to see if these ancient oats offer any extra benefits for blood sugar management.
