Summary
This study aims to see if drinking oat milk daily can help relieve constipation. About 100 adults with constipation will either drink oat milk daily for 4 weeks or continue their normal routine. Researchers will track bowel movements, gut symptoms, and check for changes in gut bacteria to see if the oat milk helps.
