Summary
This study is testing the safety and side effects of an experimental treatment called OA-SYS for people with moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis. OA-SYS is an injection containing adult stem cells, given directly into the painful knee joint. The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe and well-tolerated, while also checking if it helps reduce pain and improve knee function.
