Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week nutritional supplement can reduce actinic purpura (age-related bruising) in 30 healthy adults aged 55 and older. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the supplement or vitamin C alone. Researchers will track changes in bruise number and size using photos and skin exams.
