Summary
This study is testing whether a specific nutritional supplement, called APPORTAL®, can help reduce severe fatigue in people with breast cancer who are undergoing chemotherapy. Researchers will enroll 92 female participants who are experiencing moderate to severe fatigue. They will compare the supplement plus standard exercise advice against a placebo plus exercise to see if it improves energy levels, muscle strength, and overall quality of life over 8 weeks.
