Summary

This study tests whether a low-fat plant-based diet can reduce pain and improve quality of life in women with endometriosis. Over 12 weeks, 120 participants will either follow the diet or stick with their usual eating habits. Researchers will measure changes in pain, inflammation, and overall well-being.
